When required, estimators are also trained in some generic software, including CAD, to help customers with their various needs.

Multinail recommends all customers visit the Quote-Pro headquarters each year to conduct specific training and build relationships with Quote-Pro team members. This ensures the integration with the truss plant is maintained and maximised.
